![]() Mr. Park graduated from Pacific University in Oregon with a BA in both English Literature & Creative Writing, minor in Japanese and earned his JD from Temple University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Park was elected the president of KALSA, and Awarded the best writer from "Jurisprudence" in 1999. Mr. Park began his career clerking for the Honorable Morton Krase, Judge, in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania Municipal Court in Philadelphia, in 1998. Also during this time he began volunteering at Phillip Jaisohn Center assisting aliens with immigration concerns. Mr. Park has been actively involved in educating immigrant communities within the United States since graduating from law school in 2000, writing a weekly newspaper column in the Philadelphia Sunday Topics News and Jugan Phila Times on the subject of immigration law in order to help broaden legal knowledge. Realizing the need for professional help is not limited to the wealthy and the privileged, Mr. Park has provided counsel to over 1,000 people in the local immigrant community since 2004 at the Phillip Jaisohn Medical Center in Philadelphia on a pro bono basis. To maximize immigration knowledge, Mr. Park also held seminars in the community. Immigration laws have been toughened in recent years, making legal status more difficult to obtain. Professional legal help is needed more than ever. Mr. Park's goal is to obtain the maximum immigration benefit for each and every client through professional legal means. Mr. Park has over 15 years of experience in the complex field of immigration law, and an outstanding record of approval for a variety of immigration petitions, including some of the most difficult or unusual cases. He has helped thousands of people, including individuals, families, investors, banks, hospitals, engineering firms and colleges. Myung S. Park is a U.S. Immigration Attorney who is dedicated to honestly advising and representing employers, families, and individuals throughout the United States & worldwide. He has been a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a licensed member of the Bar in the State of New Jersey. ![]() Mr. Braden is a graduate of Lakenheath American High School in the United Kingdom, and Arizona State University, where he earned a BA in Philosophy. He holds a JD from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia where he was a member of the International Law Society and the Japan-America Law Student Association. During law school he spent one semester in Tokyo studying Japanese law and clerked for a Japanese attorney, providing support counsel to his English-speaking clientele on a variety of matters. Prior to joining the Law Office of Myung S. Park, Mr. Braden spent many years working for Philadelphia law firms that specialize in multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical litigation, managing a large number of clients and editing a large volume of documents to conform to the rules of evidence. He has traveled extensively within North America, Europe, and Asia. He has a working knowledge of Japanese language.
